What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Do you offer after sale services?

Yes, we offer an optional after sale service for all of our products at ourauthorized service locations. During checkout, you can choose options to have additional warranty for any eligible product

What is your return policy if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its not used, and in original condition. Items that are on Sale or Custom Made Eyeglasses, such as Prescription Lens, Polarized Lens, Photochromic Lens, Color Tinted Lenses and All Contact Lens are not returnable. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

We’re here to help. Please reach out to our customer service team with yourorder number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolveit - whether that means a replacement, refund, or missing item follow-up.
